The previous First International Conference on Water Conservancy, Hydropower and Building Engineering（WCHBE 2017）was successfully taken place on December 28-30, 2017 in Guangzhou, China. The 2018 2nd International Conference on Water Conservancy, Hydropower
and Building Engineering（WCHBE 2018）was successfully taken place on September 28-30, 2018 in Zhuhai, China. All accepted papers were published by IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES)(Online ISSN: 1755-1315 Print ISSN: 1755-1307) and have been indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

The 2019 3rd International Conference on Water Conservancy, Hydropower and Building Engineering (WCHBE 2019) will be hosted by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Centre, supported by College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Gansu Agricultural University. The conference will be held on September 20-22, 2019 in Dalian, China. The conference is an international conference for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of water conservancy, hydropower and building engineering. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. We warmly welcome previous and prospected authors submit your new research papers to WCHBE 2019, and share the valuable experiences with the scientist and scholars around the world.
1. Submit to the Conference
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of WCHBE 2019 will be published by IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES)(Online ISSN: 1755-1315, Print ISSN:1755-1307) and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, Inspec, DOAJ and CPCI for indexing.

2. Submit to SCI journal
* We also call for papers for SCI journals. All submissions must not be less than 10 pages in length，and papers should be submitted to service@keoaeic.org, and noted SCI-WCHBE.
Journal 1 (IF≈1.2): Topics related to theoretical and practical research in structural mechanics, seismic engineering, bridge and tunnel engineering, hydraulic engineering, road and transportation engineering.
Journal 2 (EI): Topics related to geotechnical and geological engineering in the field of soil and rock engineering and geology.
Journal 3 (IF≈2.2): Topics related to earthquake, landslide, stability, and geotechnical engineering.
Journal 4 (IF≈1.6): Topics related to soil biology, soil physics and soil chemistry in terrestrial ecosystems
