Research Experience:
Dr. Abderrahmane Aït-Kaddour - serves
as an Associate Professor at VetAgro Sup, in the field of food science and
technology specialised in dairy science, biophysics analysis (spectroscopy and
rheology) of food and chemometrics. He obtained one Master degrees in food
engineering (ENSCPB – National Engineering School-2003) and another one in
process engineering (University of Montpellier II-2004) and a Doctoral Diploma
in Food Process in 2007 at Montpellier SupAgro. He has a long-term scientific
experience, during the last 10 years he developed experience in the fields of
spectroscopic and image methods, and in the application of multivariate
statistical methods on spectra and images in order to investigate the structure
of food products and of the relations between structure and functional
properties of food products. He also investigated
research activities concerning the authentication of food products. He is the
author of more than 20 peer reviewed scientific papers, participated to more
than 20 congress and reviewed several articles in the field of food
biochemistry food science, and chemeometrics. He is also responsible in VetAgro
Sup of one MASTER in food production and quality and of the laboratory of
biophysics and biochemistry
