He received Ph.D. degree with honors in Electrical Engineering (Control theory) from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Bialystok University of Technology. At present he works as an adjunct professor in the Department of Control Engineering and Electronics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the same university.
 
 
His main scientific interests involve the control theory especially descriptor (singular), fractional-order and two-dimensional dynamical systems. He has published over 15 scientific papers and two monographs (in english).
