Research Experience:
His research interests are in thermoelectric materials and generators, lead-free solder alloys, and Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS). He has published over 120 scientific articles and filed 7 patents on the mentioned research topics. He is a reviewer for more than 30 peer reviewed journals and has served in a number of conferences as a technical committee member. He has also being invited as keynote speaker as well as invited speaker for several international conferences.
