Research Experience:
Dr. Cao Zhonglu received his Ph.D. degree in civil engineering from Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan, and is currently working for CCCC Tianjin Port Engineering Institute as a senior engineer. His research interests include the design, construction and testing of high-strength and high-performance concrete and grouting material, the corrosion protection technology of reinforcing steel in marine concrete structure, the development and application of self-repairing coating material. He hosted and participated in over 20 enterprise level and provincial level research projects, published over 30 peer-reviewed journal papers, and has also been awarded 5 patents as the primary inventor.
