Prof. Zude Zhou, School of Mechanical and Electrics Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology, China
Zude Zhou, Honorary doctorate of the University Of Birmingham. He is the fellow of SME and Corporate Member of CIRP, and the Member of Russian Academy of Engineering.
He graduated from Huazhong University of science and technology, Wuhan, China , in 1970.
He is a Full and Chief professor of the School of Mechanical and Electrics Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology.
From 1984 to 1986, he as a visiting scholar studied at the department of mechanical engineering of Birmingham, UK. As a visiting professor he worked in NUS of Singapore, Hong Kong University and Bolton University and Auckland University respectively.
His research interests include CNC Theory and technology, Intelligent Control, Digital Manufacturing, Reliability and Fault Diagnosis of the Modern Manufacturing Systems etc. Now he is the Editor in Chief of Cogent Engineering of Manufacturing, the Journal of Wuhan University of Technology and the Journal of Digital Manufacturing of Science, and the associate editor of International Journal of Biomechatronics and Biomedical and Robotics (IJBBR) and International Journal of Enterprise Information Systems.
Over 300 papers and 12 books have been published，and he got more than 10 scientific research awards including 4 national awards.
