Research Experience:
Hishamuddin Ismail is currently a Professor of Marketing at Faculty of Business, Multimedia University. He has published several papers in the area of marketing such as customer satisfaction, marketing ethics, and internet marketing and other business areas such as Quality Management, Corporate Governance and Entrepreneurship. An active researcher, he involved in several research projects funded by Ministry of Higher Education under the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) and supervising number of postgraduate students at both doctorate and master level. His current research area is focusing on the impact of digitalization and inception of Industry Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0) towards marketing management, programmes and strategy.
