Research Experience:
Dr. Abdullah Altrad has received his B.S. in Computer Information System from Mutah University in Jordan in 2009, and he has obtained M.S degree in 2011 from University Utara Malaysia (UUM). While PhD is obtained in 2017 from School of Computing at UUM as well, in the PhD research, he has introduced an Adaptive Recourse Allocation Technique for Powerline Communication Network based on Combinatorial Optimization and Metaheuristic Techniques. Currently, his general research agenda is to investigate Internet of Things (IoT), efficient Network Security, Could Computing, Internet and Routing, Real-time Networking, Wireless Networks, Peer to Peer for various applications including video streaming and distributed services aided by the global presence of the Internet infrastructure. Investigating the principles underlying the design and implementation of such robust and pervasive networked computing systems is the general goal of his research.
