Research Experience:
Locally, Dr.Abu-Jarad was invited as a guest speaker by the International office, UUM to give a talk on creativity and innovation and Time Management vs. Time Orientation to the international students. Dr.Abu-Jarad was also invited to give a one-day program on creativity and innovation by the Business Intelligence Unit, COB, UUM. Dr.Abu-Jarad has been recently invited by Centre for Industry-University Collaborations, UUM to give a talk on Understanding and Adapting to the Malaysian Culture at Bukit Merah Laketown Resort, Perak. The talk will be given to International Students going for practical before graduation.
Internationally, Dr.Abu-Jarad was invited as a guest speaker and artist in the XII European Conference on Creativity and Innovation held in Faro, Portugal.Dr.Abu-Jarad presented research papers in Gozo,Malta and Budapest, Hungary. Dr. Abu-Jarad other research areas of interest include leadership effectiveness, leading change. He is also interested to conduct research on time management, communication and conflict management. Besides lecturing, Dr. Abu-Jarad an editor and a proofreader of English; he has edited many Master’s and PhD theses before.
