Dr. Chang is an associate professor in School of Business at Macau University of Science and Technology. He obtained his doctoral and master’s degree from the National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan and has been the visiting scholar at University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign. He has published in well-ranked journals including International Journal of Human Resource Management, Industrial and Labor Relations Review, Canadian Journal of Administrative Science, Journal of Management & Organization, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources.
